After we found water leaks in our bathroom shower recess, My wife and I called a tradesman who came, started the job, then said it was bigger than he thought and left us hanging. I told him our bathroom dilema and I figured he would say no like every other tradesman I called. Instead he said he would come take a look. He turned up on time and explained everything that was wrong and said he'd have no trouble fixing this. He fixed it alright, good as new. He and his men were nothing short of impressive. I've never seen such neat work. Good old fashioned service by nothing but the best. Forget the rest, Lance is outstanding and my wife and I could not be happier by their service and not to mention turning up on time.
