Pretty good food and drinks, great location, but really bad service--the cafe seems to be quite busy, and is probably a little understaffed. Spent a few minutes flagging down a waiter to put in an order, during which I kept wondering if I should just go up to the counter.

typical city cafe, but great location and plenty of seating. Food is slightly above average, recommend the salads (especially the prawn and orange) . Prices not cheap but not expensive. I love that they dont hassle you to finish up and move on...you can have a very leisurely lunch, or sit on one coffee for an hour with no pressure to buy more

Had a coffee on Saturday afternoon with my girlfriend - very slow service I had to hop up and ask for a menu and couldnt not tell if it was table service as I could not see a waiter anywhere in site. Coffee was average - it's in a great location after shopping all day.

Waiters are pushy and not very helpful, coffee tastes really gross to the point where I couldn't finish it and I am a coffee addict (this doesn't happen to me, ever). Not cheap. I would look elsewhere if you can but they are open quite late.

this is my city local - i swear by. price of coffee more than others - yet you get what you pay for - i love the friendly staff and cool atmosphere

The waiter incorrectly took our order so one of our friends did not receive their food. When we complained we were abused by the waiter who took our order. When we informed management their response was unhelpful. Definitely never returning.

Late to serve us, not overly friendly, limited menu but seemed reasonable. Waited 20 mins for our coffee and cake to come and it never did. Could not be bothered waiting around. Never again. There are so many other coffee shops around nearby which serve you better.

Nice cafe though can get quite noisy with the bustling traffic around the corner. Still it is a popular choice for the locals. Friendly staff and typical cafe style food and beverages. Standard prices.
