Raymond and his efficient team installed a retaining wall and Colorbond metal fence and swing gate for us back in early 2016. The with yellow pickets and green posts look very nice, a very professional job.

Last year (2022) the latch on the swing gate became difficult to operate, due to the fence post shifting from the vertical due to earth movement. Just a phone call to the R&M office, and withing a day or two two team members arrived and straightened the fence post, no problems and complimentary post-installation service.

Then this year our small dog tried to escape by squeezing under the gate. Again, no problems for Raymond. With some measurements and a sketch from me, Raymond cut a flat sheet of metal to the desired shape and angle, painted it a matching green, and installed within a few days -- and all this was complimentary too. Outstanding customer service!

Up until today i would have hugely recommended this business. Unfortunately this has changed as of today.

They installed an electric strike for me several months ago with my gate. I only had a chance to connect the unit now and it didn't work. He sends out his technician to investigate and told me the electric stike is faulty and installs a new one. The electric strike has never been used therefore it would have been faulty from the start when originally installed.

I was required to pay $250 for them to install a new. They cannot understand that the original electric strike they installed was faulty to begin with so it should have been a swap over. This is because their english is very poor and you go around in circles until you are made to look like a liar.

I am very dissapointed because he comes across very genuine and enjoyed dealing with his business.

The overall product (gate and fence) is good hence the extra star. If you are purchasing a simple gate with no electronics than all good, but i would stay clear if it's more complicated than a simple fence with a gate on a hinge.

Ray and team came out and did Steel Slat Fencing for our new place. They were very quick, professional and did an exceptional quality job. We still had builder's around and even they commented to me just how impressed they were with the workmanship. A solid investment. Thank you.

OMG we have just had our new steel fence and automatic gate system installed and it looks amazing. Ray was so professional and so easy to deal with and his team were so efficient and well priced. Solid Steel fence with electric remote to front of house. Job was quoted on the day that Raymond went to see my job. Ray is very friendly and courteous. Job started and completed as discussed. Quality and workmanship of my fence is excellent. If I need another fence I will be contacting Ray. I would recommend him to anyone looking to install a new fence.
