Up until today i would have hugely recommended this business. Unfortunately this has changed as of today.

They installed an electric strike for me several months ago with my gate. I only had a chance to connect the unit now and it didn't work. He sends out his technician to investigate and told me the electric stike is faulty and installs a new one. The electric strike has never been used therefore it would have been faulty from the start when originally installed.

I was required to pay $250 for them to install a new. They cannot understand that the original electric strike they installed was faulty to begin with so it should have been a swap over. This is because their english is very poor and you go around in circles until you are made to look like a liar.

I am very dissapointed because he comes across very genuine and enjoyed dealing with his business.

The overall product (gate and fence) is good hence the extra star. If you are purchasing a simple gate with no electronics than all good, but i would stay clear if it's more complicated than a simple fence with a gate on a hinge.
