I had a simply claim on my car with RAA and have never had such poor service in my life. The claims people were unhelpful and at time quite rude as if my situation was of no importance. I have since moved to another insurer and would not use the service of RAA again.

been with raa for 25 years now can not fault any service i have had with them always very helpful and love their shops for great travel information

great service always been happy and friendly when you are in trouble been a member for 25 years and lots of discounts on other things as well

Recently changed insurance policies to RAA. They were better on price than previous insurer with better policy options - including choice of repairer etc.
