Such a shame. I used to go here all the time, however went today to buy their beauty product ultraceuticals, which I love, they could not be bothered serving me and made me feel like I was bothering them. I usually get my waxing done here as well. I will now go somewhere else for my waxing and I will order my moisturiser online. Like I said such a shame because I always like to support local business.

I had some waxing done here and I've never been so impressed! My eyebrows are absolutely amazing I've had so many comments on them. The staff were very friendly and professional, I will definitely be going back and will be recommending this salon to everyone!

the service at the radiance salon is poor and my nails are just so so

I walked off the street and i had my nails and some waxing done at the radiance salon.Honestly my eyebrows look terrible and i have broken skin from the hot wax which i have never had before from other salons. my nails are very average and i think the service was well below par.It was not what i expected i felt i paid top money for a back yard job

Great service, I have been a walk-in and had my eyebrows waxed straight away twice now, and they do a great job. I will definitely be back!

Haven't been in for a treatment myself, although my wife love this place, she would go there every week if we could afford it. What i have seen of the salan when i was purchasing gift vouchers was a very clean and proffessional salon. Very competitive rates for relaxation massages, waxing and nails. Suggest you book as it appears to be very busy all the time.
