Most inhumane clinic I have ever been to. They have absolute zero compassion. The clinic is dirty. Only interested in money.

The atmosphere when you enter this clinic is very pleasant and relaxed. The receptionist very professional. Waiting times are kept to a minimal. The veterinarian is fantastic with animals, he seems to treat them as his own. I highly recommend this practice, and will continue to take my dog there.

We recently took our Chihuahua in for dental work. I was a little nervous because our pet is very old. The Vet reassured me that she would be fine but needed the work done so she could eat properly again. I felt calm then knowing she was in good hands and was happy to receive the call to go pick her up. The work done was extensive and she came through it just fine. The directions given to continue her medication once we got her home was very carefully explained in terms that were easy to understand and follow.

I've taken my dog in for several treatments over the years. The vets are fantastic and also provide in depth detail on any problems that are evident. The nurse staff incredibly friendly and it's never difficult to obtain an appointment at the tine that suits you.

I take all my animals there, the dog, the cats, the parrots, the chooks AND the rabbit has been too! My dog has been there for puppy preschool (which was great fun) and now goes for her yearly check ups & wags her tail the whole time she is there.. naturally this makes it much less stressful for me!
The cats stay for their 'holidays' while we are away in the boarding cattery, and always seem comfortable and well looked after (plus we know they are safe being looked after by the vets & nurses).
And how convenient that they are also an avian vet clinic - so my birds are never far from help if anything goes wrong, and get excited driving there for their yearly health checks.
The bunny gets his vaccination each year and has also been desexed there!
The vets & nurses are very knowledgeable, but also caring and friendly which makes visiting actually a happy experience for all of us!
