The Manager will go out of his way if you are not happy about something or if there is something you would like to see sold at this shop he will try to get the product in for you. Nothing is to big an effort for the staff there as well. Always helpful and very very courteous and always smiling, even towards the end of the day! Keep it up it's appreciated!

This Video store always has the latest releases as soon as they become available. If you ask for something to be put to one side for you if it's out they will do it and actually do call you to let you know it's back. The staff are always very polite and helpful and happy to place orders if you want a particular movie. They have a huge selection of new and ex rental movies to choose from and at excellent prices. Their overnight rental prices are the best in the area and their packages are very very reasonable too! Overall a nice place to shop or rent from!

One of the best Automotive Workshops I have ever been to. Straight away I was made to feel like a valued customer and not like someone who didn't know what they were talking about. Nice change to not be overcharged because I was a woman too! The work was done quickly and painlessly.

Now that they have installed Air Conditioning ducts throughout the store it's a fantastic place to shop and find great bargains. Being a 24 hour store means it's for your convenience especially if you are a shift worker working odd hours. A few courtesy chairs scattered throughout the store would make this one of THE best shopping places in Penrith.

The restaurant itself is clean and tidy most of the time. Drive through is fairly fast. But the orders never seem to be right. Have had to return food to many times because there was a mistake made in the order. The person taking the order usually gets it right but the staff making the order especially never seem to get it right. Big room for improvement.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the correct way to pack items and what envelopes or prepaid post bags to use. Have a tendency to over charge for certain items though.

The staff are always very helpful and don't mind taking a few minutes to help you with your items to be posted if you are not sure how to send them. They have lots of interesting things for sale in there besides your typical stamps and envelopes.

I used to go to a couple of other Chemists but both would occasionally lose my scripts so started going here and in 10 years never once have they lost any of my scripts. Staff is always friendly and well up to date with the latest products. The shelves are well stocked and everything is easy to find.

We recently took our Chihuahua in for dental work. I was a little nervous because our pet is very old. The Vet reassured me that she would be fine but needed the work done so she could eat properly again. I felt calm then knowing she was in good hands and was happy to receive the call to go pick her up. The work done was extensive and she came through it just fine. The directions given to continue her medication once we got her home was very carefully explained in terms that were easy to understand and follow.
