Hyundai parts cost a fortune!
It cost me $5,000 to get my steering fixed - on a $13,000 Accent!
No beef with this particular dealer but I think all potential Hyundai purchasers should know this.
Went for my first service at this dealership and was greeted by a bubbly young lady I think her name was April (I apologise if I’m mistaken), after she checked all my details and confirmed my service asked if there was anything else I would like them to have a look at and it’s the first time someone has asked me that. I have brought up pervious issue I raised at my last dealership (who dismissed my issue completely) and made a note to see what they could find, ended up being a simple update but she actually listen to me. When I first walked in she remembered me from the morning and asked how the grand kids were (I mentioned it in the morning)
She took her time explaining what was done to my car and asked if there was anything she didn’t explain enough.
I watch her greet each customer whom came in while the card machine took a little longer to process.
I felt seen and listen to, thank you and god bless.
