Shocking and disgusting business ethics. Sent and offer of $47000 for a Triton GLX-R which was listed for $49,990. I can show messages on my phone as proof. In the morning I get call saying if we accept your offer online are you willing to pay a deposit. I agreed, paid the deposit and sent all the documents they asked for. They also said if you have Total Tools membership we can give you better deals on accessories. So while I was at work I was running around to get my membership details and when I send it to them, they call me back playing dumb saying ohhh you got a great discount and the final price comes to $48990. I was like what are you on about I gave you an offer on line and you called me in the morning and accepted it and I paid the deposit. I got pissed off by his attitude so I said I don't want it if thats the price. He says let me ask another lady who he initially said deals with accessories if she can drop the price further. Playing hollywood. They literally think people are stupid and we don't understand their games. Calls me back and says anyone who walks in will buy the car for 49990 and I should take the deal for 48990. I was like no you agreed on my offer 47000 and took the deposit. He tries to insist if I can fork another 1500, and I said no, I can but I wont. If I paid a deposit and changed my mind they would make it impossible to refund me, but if they agree on an offer and sell the car and another person comes and offers them more, they can just cancel by playing dumb. I wasted half of my day, I even made inquiries on accessories which the salesman told me to get quotes on so he can apply discounts using my Total Tools membership. He replied sorry that's all I can do. Disgusting attitude and business conduct. I rated them 1 star because there was no option to select 0 star. Miserable sharks.
