Have eaten here a few times and the venue itself is lovely. We prefer to dine outside as the grass area and fish pond is beautiful however it does get cold and moaquitos are bad . Meals have always been of high quality although I do think it is overpriced. Also im not to keen on the fact that you have to get your own water from the water station as I think that gives the feeling of cafeteria style and not fine dining as the price you pay for your food they could at lwast bring water to the table.

Approximate cost: $30

I had received very good feedback from others about this restaurant but I can't say my experience was the same, it was ok but I was expecting more. For starters, I still think it odd that they won't serve you water to your table? You have to go up to the water station and get it yourself...odd. We were seated outside so unfortunately got eaten by mosquitoes, some zappers or something may have helped. Not much vego option on the menu. The people serving us were nice, food was reasonable but like I said, I expected more. Maybe because of the good feedback I had really high expectations. Anyway, in no rush to eat here again but would give it another go if I had no where else I wanted to go first

Overlooking the Japanese gardens and fountains at Willow Pond function centre, this restaurant has a sensational breakfast. Staff is fast and friendly. Recommend the sticky date pudding. Prices are upper range.

I went here for a group Christmas lunch and we really enjoyed the setting, the views over the gardens are a nice change from normally looking at traffic. I found the food standard, pretty greasy, not very hot but large enough to fill you up. Staff were nice, prices are good (especially if you have the entertrainment book discount card). Overall I would eat here again but I wouldn't write home about it.

We recently went to Ramon's at Willow Pond as a last minute Sunday lunch booking. It was quite a windy day so we sat inside. The atmosphere wasn't very exciting but it was pleasant enough. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - I think we had 4 different service staff attending to us during our lunch! That said, it would have been nice to have been asked for drinks again during our meal. They were prompt when asked though. Our meals were all delicious and we all agreed that we would revisit Ramon's :) It was nice to have a walk around the pond and garden after our meal; such a wonderful way to end our outing. We will be back, thank you!

Disappointing effort from a restaurant that promises a lot. Interior looks like a very basic hotel lounge. Food reasonably priced but not quite up to scratch. Staff were friendly but not focussed.

Approximate cost: $27.00

I was extremely disappointed with this restaraunt. The prices were quite high and the quality was average. The chicken was undercooked and the staff just shrugged their shoulders. Wont be returning

It was a hot day when we attended Raymond's for a family luncheon. The aircon was on, but was struggling, we had many elderly people with us and they just could not cope with the heat indoors, it was almost cooler outside. It put a real damper on the celebration.

Approximate cost: $30
