PERFECT! perfect customer service, we got served withing 5 minutes of being seated, food was ready withing 15 minutes and the waitress was very co operative and helpful and kept asking if we needed anything and made little conversation with us and also listened, and the food tasted great! and the dessert even better!

nice to kick back and relax with mates, and the workers are nice and attentive :)...the food is pretty cheap there but one time i ordered a ravioli with creamy sauce and the sauce was too salty...other than that is a pretty good place for a casual night out

It is a cafe, but I find the television video hits very distracting. I like to pay attention to my friends and family when I go out rather than have them watching video hits. The food is average value and the service is slow...probably due to being so busy and having such a large venue. I find the rooms cold and not comfortable.

I like the cheap prices that they provide. They also have some special board prices which make it more affordable for families to go to. It is a good place to go for a meal at low prices. The service is slow but it is okay if you would like to talk with friends whilst waiting.

Not a place you would want to go with your family. The service is very slow. the food is good though, tried a couple of chicken meals and they were good. The best thing is that parking is almost always available, be it any time.

I have been hear a few times and I don't think I would rave about it. Several time I have experienced very slow service. One and a half hours for lunch is just ridiculous and we wont even go into dinner.

Went there with a group of friends once and they brought our meals out. We had not started eating as we were missing one. Then they come back take them away said it was wrong table and we watched them take it to another table. We could have done anything to those meals. Very poor service. But meals are good. Ask for a drink and you get a one litre glass. What the??

I almost always get the chicken schnitzel or boscaiola pasta. Both are reasonable price because the servings are quite large.

I ordered a steak once, asking for well done. First slice through the side and it was bloody. Not happy about that. I asked for it to be redone and waitress was very friendly but it came back dry as a bone.

The waitresses were very friendly, coming by every now and then checking if we are happy with the meals. However, towards the end of our meals, when we want the dessert menu or want to pay the bill, they seem to be nowhere in sight.

They have their own parking so get a parking spot is never a problem. Nice to come here on Friday nights, full of life with so many people. They have alcoholic milkshakes!! Yum.

not the best place to catch up and eat with close friends. but great if its a bunch of ppl you are not so fond of because you dont need memories of the venue.
