Over the recent 5 years Ray White Pakenham has managed an investment property of mine. towards the end of the 5 years the property management got a little ordinary, and i put this down to the bad luck in maintaining professional property managers. in the end the final 2 tenants were a disaster. Of course the agent did not admit that they may have been even partly to blame, and this angered me. HOWEVER. their return from a total negative experience was the Co Owner and Sales Manager Tony. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and a final opportunity with selling my property. the outcome was this. Before i did any renovations the highest offer i had was $185,000. Tony assured me that i would achieve $205,000 if i completed the make over. i was skeptical but i trusted his judgment. Within 1 day of the final job being completed for the renovation he came to me with an offer of $220,000 a whopping $15,000 more than i had expected. Safe to say i can not recommend Tony at Ray White HIGHLY ENOUGH with regard to selling your home. An absolutely 100% honest and reliable Agent.
