John rocks my socks. After years of traumatic haircuts, I found John. A long time ago I stopped worrying about keeping up with hairstyle fashions. I've delegated that to him, and he works a treat. Everyone else I've sent to him, is also really pleased. Now I love having my haircut.

I have been a client of Jason's at Razz Hair for nearly ten years now and I always been happy with my hair, which I now wear very short, so it's a precision cut and needs regular maintenance. Jason has been cutting my hair for over 20 years, ive followed him from business to business, hes landed at razz and im so glad cos the team are amazing, they work together well and always know whats going on eg what colour I put in, what toner etc. I always get asked who does my hair and many f them are now regulars themselves! I’ve been a client at Razz Hair for over 10 years. I’m so pleased with the way Jason cuts and colours my hair – the results take years off my age, and I frequently receive compliments from my colleagues at work as well. My hair grows really quickly - so I have it cut every four weeks, and a colour every second visit. Having attended other salons prior to being a client at Razz, I know that my hair isn’t the easiest to manage - it’s very thick with a curl in all the wrong places, and also requires a complex colour application due to differing natural shades of grey! So I really appreciate Jason’s care and attention. All the salon staff are friendly and welcoming every time I visit, and I look forward to the complimentary cappuccino they bring me!

Jason has been cutting my hair now for probably 20 years or so. I have quite curly hair & was always nervous about getting it cut as I had quite few bad experiences. When Jason first cut my hair I was very happy & subsequently followed him to different salons over the years. As I started turning gray I nervously ventured into getting my hair coloured. Jason tuned my colour & many people to this day don't realised that I have my hair coloured. The crew at Razz Hair are professional & very good at what they do & I see many regular customers that keep coming back. I would highly recommend Razz Hair.

Jason at Razz Hair has been colouring and cutting my hair for 10 years. In that time, as I have gone grey, he has stopped colouring my hair and has instead used the natural gradations of grey to maximum effect in the great haircuts. Even though I have moved a long way from Norwood, it is always a pleasure to make the trip back for an excellent haircut. I've been going to my hairdresser @ Razz for longer than I've ever been to an accountant or a doctor ! Its the one place I get to go and totally relax, knowing that I will certainly look way better and way less feral when I walk out the door. Staff are always attentive & totally professional and for me its always a fun and positive experience. Gone are the days when I lived in fear of what I'd end up with after a visit to the hairdresser (and I've had some serious horrors, hideous perms and horrendous cuts & colours ) !!

I have had large variety of cuts and the team always provide great advice as to what will work best with my hair and have alway delivered. i often get comments on how great my hair looks. I have very fine straight blond hair which has always been difficult to colour and cut and consequently going to the hairdressers was always stressful. I have been going to Jason for the l2 years and I trust him completely not only to give me a good colour and cut but also to give me sound advice about what I can and can't do with my hair. After visiting these hairdressers a few times, they were the agents of a hair disaster so terrible that I ended up crying, hysterical, on my way home.

I have verified this review to WOMO, with documentation proving my experience is genuine - something that not every reviewer has done! I usually give positive reviews, please have a look at my feed. I am not someone who gets off on writing bad things about my consumer experiences - I just want to warn others!

The hairdresser tried to use a color corrector on some patches of slightly darker colour that had developed in my lovely copper-blonde hair. But instead of it evening the colour out, the product fried my hair and stripped the colour so I had burned, bleached stripes where it had been applied. I ended up with stripy, fried, multicolour hair 100 times worse than before. I can't believe she let me leave the salon looking like that: a decent hairdresser would have re-done the job, or got their manager! I asked her about why it was so dark, to open a conversation about how bad it was, but she blamed my hair because I had some uneven bits to begin with - which was ridiculous. It was FAR more patchy and disgusting when I left, than the little tiny patches of uneven bits I had previously.

It was so damaged, fixing it would have been expensive elsewhere ($400ish), so I had to cut it off. It was down below my chest and I cut it to above shoulder length.

I had previously had two ok colours from this same hairdresser, but I will never trust them again. Good hairdressers are consistent, and these guys are a disaster. My advice is: even if you know someone who has previously had a good hair cut from them, DON'T TRUST the work of this salon. It is too hit and miss, and they might just might ruin your hair!
