My car was towed by this company. I watched them pull it through broken glass on brand new tyres because couldn't be bothered to remove parking brake. My young daughter was driving and I didn't realise they didn't bother to ask her for the key so I couldn't get the mileage that I had to disclose to the insurer the next morning as you had to switch the car on. I asked if I could courier a key to them. Simple easy solution at my cost. Or I had to pay another $1000 insurance fee for non disclosure of the miles. They flatly refused saying 'they would be liable if it got lost' when they only had to sign for it once it got to their office. Insisted I had to drive to them after our only car was damaged and they had it! The policy from the manager, Brie, at the depot in Pinkenba is to hang up on you if you try and raise the slightest matter with her! Should have been a simple matter to fix what their tow truck guy neglected to do! In a hurry to make money, screw the customer! Thank God is is now out of there. Need to work on your customer service skills Brie! Completely uncooperative. There was no such problem with the panel beaters they dropped it off with, no doubt after you dragging it around on it's new tyres again!

Easy to deal with from start to finish, nothing better then dealing with reputable buinesses that take great pride in every aspect of their business, trucks presentation immaculate and that says a lot for how they will treat your product.

Just got a tow as my car stalled on a steep hill & couldnt start again. My cars a manual, so I just needed it towed up around the corner into a street that I could clutch-start it. The gentleman who towed my car was very professional, polite & caring. The street he unloaded my car was perfect to start my car again!! Thanks very much.

Kept my car 8 days to get more money from insurance.

I got stuck today with my son's car it broke down I had the grandchildren in the back and the car wasn't going anywhere but I had it towed and everything turned out wonderful it was towed to our house arrived safely

I have been scammed by Mathew Ready - Director – aka READY TOWING for the amount of $465.30 , I had made a booking on the 8th of January to have two vehicles to be picked up on the 10th of January at 9am at Brisbane Port, I contacted Ready Towing at 1pm on 10th January and asked them if my vehicles had been picked up as they hadn’t arrived at my premises I advised them that I had a deadline of 2pm before the port closed for the day and the port storage would started for my vehicles, they advised me no driver was available and they had rebooked the two jobs the following morning, same time, the phone operator had guaranteed me that someone will pick the vehicles up the following day, once again the vehicles where never picked up, no one even bothered calling me and letting me know that the vehicles where not picked up, I now asked the phone operator for a refund as I am now have to pay for port storage and had to hire another company urgently to pick up my vehicles , I have now made 5 phone calls and had sent six emails asking for a refund and I get the same response someone will call me back and I am still waiting for a call back and a reply to my email for a refund, I strongly advise anyone looking at using this company is to book with another company do not give them payment until your vehicle arrives as you will also be scammed as they will take payment and give you fake job numbers and you will never get a refund. google reviews Ready towing Pinkenba

My partner was not asked where she would like the car to go to, they automatically took it to eagle farm and told them it is insured with aami and told them at the holding yard the chassis was bent. Has taken 1 day to find the car there was no record left there.now they won't let us drive the car out as it is driveable because the driver said it had a bent chassis and had to get assessed. The car has no insurance on it at all. Ring the company many times to try and find answers where the car was taken what's hung up twice.would not give phone number on location of the holding bay would never endorse this company to anybody. No customer service they hang up on you twice never use this company ever

I broke down in a rural area very late at night, and it was raining! But lucky for me the Ready Towing truck arrived fast, and got me to my destination amazingly quickly. Despite the late hour and the bad weather, the tow truck driver was cheerful and polite. I would recommend Ready Towing to anyone.

Staff member Devin V. is very rude and bossier. He said he doesn't care about the current situation that people are in Covid-19. I have multiple businesses and I have never seen this type of rude and bossier behavior towards the customers in my life especially in this epidemic situation. Devin V. had completely vanished Ready Towing reputation that was in my mind. I was a Motor Assessor and used Ready Towing almost for every tow. I am not going to use Ready Towing for my car rental business and I am telling everyone, car dealers and rental companies that I know, not to use Ready Towing. Very disappointing. Devin V. was was very rude, aggressive and non-accommodating. He laughed at me a few times during our conversations, he passed rude comments and denied everything that I mentioned to him. He treated me like a beggar. don't use this towing services, they let your vehicle sit in their yard longer so that they can charge you $66 storage fees every day

I recently was involved in a traffic accident in Lutwyche.

I was fortunate enough for a gentleman whom goes by the name of Panda from The Ready Towing Group turn up.

His concern was more for my well being, then towing my vehicle.

These guys are the best towing company in brisbane. They are very efficient. I used to use there guys when I was working for my previous work. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Any time we had a problem they would act on it straight away. They also got a truck to us ASAP and the drivers were also very respectful.

I recently had a car accident and was towed by Ready Towing. They were fast, efficient and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. I was impressed with their service and their professionalism was reassuring at a stressful time. Pricing isn't cheap but in this case my insurance will cover it.
