Real Insurance

Great value, amazing service. I have had my car insured with Real for 4 years and had to claim twice. The support and care is stronger than any other insurance company i had previously been with.

Real is so easy to deal with, their prices are competitive and cheap. They process claims with no drama and make life easy. I love their real bonus, it's a great surprise to receive a cheque in the mail just for being a customer and not making a claim, although this has ceased now.

Home and contents insurance. Premiums paid monthly via Australian Seniors Insurance. Real Insurance will not refund and refuse to stop charging the Fire Services Levy of $19.45 the GST and stamp duty until my policy expires. I hope I never have to make a claim with Real Insurance as they have clearly shown they are money grabbers.

I've got my funeral insurance throgh them. I have had to contact them a couple of times (NOT TO MAKE A CLAIM!!!) just to change address and make sure that my daughter was the beneficiary. Lovely call centre staff and they are a great deal cheaper than my former provider. I pay $30 p.m for $15000 cover and my daughter's included for free.

I first got home and content insurance, and was so happy with the savings and policy contents, that I decided to also get comprehensive car insurance. Great value for money, and there is always a person on the other end of the telephone to take your call.

I took out life insurance with Real Insurance and am quiet happy with the PDS and the cover I have. Real Insurance staff are helpful and willing to listen. They have called me a few times to make sure I am happy with what I have and to see if I have any questions. They also call you to arrange another time to pay if you forget to pay your cover in time. Unlike some insurance companies that cut you of that night if your late.

A little disappointed in overall as i recently smash my car. i have been trying to contact them for 5 days and they keep telling me they have system upgrades and they will call me back. and they never do. i am not to impressed

I got contents cover from Real Insurance 3 years ago after having been with AAMI and having a bad renewal experience. The premiums are good, the service is really good - super friendly in each of my dealings. I had to claim for stolen bicycles - so will have to wait another year I think for the 10% cash back. What do I like most? They are fresh. They are not like an insurance company.
