They represent us well because their servicing our customers. They always make me so relaxed because some of these items can be very expensive. On move day the first thing the guys did when they arrived was introduce themselves which gave me a direct connection with them and really made me feel at ease. I was really impressed with some of their techniques they used in getting certain pieces out the door without leaving marks because it was a rental property and didn't won't to lose my bond.
Overall it was really a stress free experience. The service was very professional and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

We are so glad we did, as soon as Sam and Adam walked into our home and said "don't worry your in good hands" It really took away all the stress because we has lots to be moved and we were in panic mode before they arrived. They were extremely cautious with our furniture and were just so easy to deal with. They dismantled our beds and even put them back together which not many Removalist companies do. Great company values would have no problems recommending them at all

Best move ever with Red Carpet Removals, not that I'm counting but I reckon we've moved 6 times to date. Move was from Point Cook to Balwyn NTH in July 2015. The move was smooth and painless especially with 2 young kids. The guys were time and real careful and not a scratch on anything. Very friendly and respectful in our home. Just moved and we had an excellent experience with the Red carpet removals Melbourne team. Booking was very easy and Sam really made us feel at ease because our last move with a very well known company was a disaster. We were fortunate enough to have Huss and Karl move us.
