Long story short, Red Carpet Removals should be awarded every award possible. Sam and Co moved a massive fridge for me last week inside our property becsuse our original movers left it outside on our balcony because they reackoned it couldnt be done. Sam from Red Carpet Removals made moving my home in Lalor of 40 years a walk in the park, god bless his soul. He assured me many times that I was in good hands and his calmness and honesty is so pure. On a wet day the delivery team handled every piece of furniture with care and precision. The care they also showed towards ensuring floors and walls were not damaged when handling difficult items was fantastic. They even took their shoes off on carpeted areas.

Customer service like no other company we have dealt with. We had a huge load to be delivered to country Vic, but they remained calm cool and collective and really gave piece of mind.
