Very easy to organise a booking with these guys. No need to fill in forms or get call backs which made life very easy. The movers we had we're very experienced, worked under no instructions and their customer service was A1. Had me moved and everything was done no hassle or stress. Excellent is the word our teenage boys used to describe this outfit, Peter and I referred to them as spectacular. The amount of strength these guys have is mind blowing. Running up and down stairs at both pick and drop addresses. Our last Removalist sent 4 guys and cost us over $3000 with similar furniture. The Red Carpet Removals crew sent 3 and we saved 20% and not a mark on any of the furniture.

After some terrible experiences in the past I was recommended by a very happy Red Carpet Removals customer to give Sam a call. I Booked them in after speaking with Sam and he reassured me that my move would be nothing but a stress free one. Move day was what I call a quality one. They even helped re arrange my lounge room and put all my beds together.
I have now recommended them to 3 of my friends who are moving soon as well.

We called Red Carpet Removals and spoke to Sam who I must is a very entertaining gentleman with a great sense of humour. I wanted to proceed but hubby decided he wanted the cheaper Removalist who I can't name and shame. The day before this cheap Removalist who I should name but won't, rang to let us know the night before that their truck broke down and weren't going to be able to do our move on Saturday. So I rang Sam back apologised and pretty much begged him "LOL" he said were booked out but I'll come out and do your move personally.
