I just wanted to say a BIG warm hearted thank you for the fantastic job Sam and Jordan did on Friday with the move. It was 30 degrees and having to carry everything up to the 2nd floor with no lifts was really appreciated. The guys were very professional and all done with that famous smile everyone speaks about.

We used Red Carpet Removals for a very large house move Tuesday. We chose them because of very high recommendations from a work colleague who claimed that they were the best in handling big moves. Ours was a very difficult move with large furniture and very narrow hallways in Richmond.

I was blown away with the execution and speed of the move. The guys came in assessed and got on with the move. All our fabric furniture was placed in protective bags. The last company who moved us in we're terrible and they dragged most of our furniture because they were to heavy.

Ok here it goes, I originally obtained a quote from Red Carpet Removals but decided not to go with them because I was price shopping for the cheapest quote. I booked another company a week in advance but they decided to ring me the night before to say they couldn't do our move because their truck was broken down. So unprofessional and had very little remorse "these things happen the guy says"
So at 6am I rang Sam up and he goes don't explain I know what's happened and we can get you in on short notice. I had to be out of the property by 3pm and they delivered. Sam your a lifesaver just a genuinely caring guy who really is very passionate and got me through a tough situation. Never price shop again, Red Carpet Removals you guys rock.

Took us 40 years to finally buy our first property and you guys really made it very enjoyable and stress free. Moving is a stressful time, picking up and relocating can really take it out of you. Ours was a smooth move thanks to the help of Red Carpet Removals. We got two fantastic movers Huss and Abz who were at all times patient and helpful. They were very courteous and hardworking and heavy items wasn't an issue for them. I will continue to use Red carpet removals for all future moves and will defiantly recommend them.

Red Carpet Removals was referred to us by our agent who sold our house. Our first move in 31 years and the amount of stuff we had to move was very overwhelming. Sam came out to see us through the process because I was terrified with the whole moving process "Downsizing" Sam was fantastic such a smooth talker, put my mind to ease and even brought me a box of chocolates "A way to a woman's heart" He sent out 4 guys and 2 trucks and they were the friendliest and most professional guys we've dealt with. Moving is really an art, the way they move things up stairways and slide them through doors was incredible. I'll never move again Sam unless hubby kicks me out "HAHA" but if we do Red Carpet Removals is on speed dial.
