I have been buying coffee for 12 months at Red Fox now. They have a card that gives you a free coffee when you accumulate 7 coffees. I assumed you could get any sizes when I reached it for the first time, so I asked for Large which was refused by the female owner so I accepted. She said I could order either S or M. So I chose M to be modest. Ever since I had S or M depending on my feelings for the past 12 months but yesterday, I was told "You mostly order only S-size coffees so we can not give you M size. I said how do you know most of my order was S as I had M as well from time to time. I am your loyal customer... I was sad. I understand if any rules/conditions were written on the card, but not. You can choose at most of the shops in SEB coffee shops regardless of size when the card reaches FREE! I understand this is a family business and hard-working people and a Kebab shop JUST opened next door, their customers sitting at Red Fox Café tables eating Kebabs. How frustrating it would be...BUSINESSWISE but not a good attitude to take it out on a loyal customer. You lost a customer as of today.

Have been having lunch here once a week for a long time, but lately the service has been slack. They are always training a new staff member and you never see them again the next week. They need to concentrate on the time it takes for people to get their meals. I will have to think twice about eating there again.

Excellent service. Love their potato gems and their slushies. They always have everything freshly made. The prices are worth what you get, great for more of a brunch

Located in the middle of the shopping centre, with a big red sign which you wont miss, so many different thing to eat, and they also have very nice thick shakes! the sandwiches are also very nice and the food always tastes fresh! staff are friendly enough and the customer service is nice and quick!

So many tasty foods, not all about hot foods, lots of cakes and fresh sandwiches, the staff are very pleasant and gave me advice on what they thought was the best burger, such a beautiful little cafe

Located at Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre, this is a beautiful little cafe with a great range of food. The place is arranged in a very appealing way and it's catchy name demands attention. It was pleasing to see when I went there that it was not just all about hot food, the range of fresh sandwiches were a pleasant change and I chose to have those over the golden looking hot food which I must admit did look appealing, the service I got was very pleasant and I enjoyed having a light lunch and drink there. It's clearly obvious that they run a tidy cafe and take pleasure it making everything look good. I was pleased with the sandwiches and drink I bought and would definately go again. The prices were about average for a Kafe and its positioned it such a way that you could do your shopping then sit down and let the day take you where it wants too.

I had their gourmet beef burger -- bought with a 'daily deal' coupon, so good value this time. Very tasty!
