Avoid this surgery at all costs. Terrible service, untrained staff and a practice manager who takes no responsibility for the many errors her staff and a Dr there made. 2 staff and a Doctor agreed to help my elderly father and despite filling out numerous forms at their request and waiting for the help that was promised, weeks later their stern & unsympathetic practice manager called and said that her staff did not follow procedures and they wouldn't help my father nor transfer his medical records to their surgery. The practice manager blamed the issues on her junior staff and said that Dr Matthew Mills, who practices there, is not even employed by her surgery. Extremely poor and disappointing service

I have been going to the same doctor at this practice for over 15 years and now take my children there too. All the GPs there are highly skilled and very professional. They usually run on time and although they don't generally bulk-bill the level of service is worth it. I thoroughly recommend them and will never go anywhere else.

After a standard check I was told the doctor would follow up that week if there was an issue, otherwise reception could tell me the tests came back clear. I waited and then called reception and was told that the doctor would need to discuss the results, meaning ‘there is a problem'. As the doctor only works part time I had to wait another 2 days, imagining the worst, and even then I only got my call late in the day after leaving multiple messages. The brief conversation only made me more stressed and I needed to turn to Wikipedia to learn that the ‘cancerous cells' found only have a 0.05% chance of developing into actual cancer.

Despite this quite serious issue, I still continue to use them and have recommended them to others as they are the only doctors I have used where I feel they want to do more than just write a script/medical certificate and send me on my way.

The GPs who work in this Doctors Surgery are friendly and caring. They get to know their patients to ensure they provide excellent advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

There are plenty of great doctors at this surgery and you can get blood tests done here. I never seem to be kept waiting and the staff are very friendly.

We have used most of the doctors at the surgery and had great experiences with all of them. The receptionists are accommodating, and it's always easy to get an appointment. I also appreciate that you can double swipe your card to get your Medicare rebate immediately. Highly recommended.

This vet surgery was helpful to my pets needs. They have expertise but not always explained the whole situation to me. Found the pet food and stuff expensive

I have seen three separate doctors at this surgery and have found their treatment to be invested with care and knowledge, the reception clerks are almost always cheerful and happy to help, offer cold water on hot days, and the doctors spend as long as they need with you, I would recommend this surgery if you live locally, they bulk bill and I have even had one of the doctors personally come to my house in an emergency, Great Stuff - Great Quality, Excellent Service.

Well I've been looking for a decent GP for years now, and this s the one! Disappointingly it is also the most expensive! But you get what you pay for. The waiting time for me was minimal and there's a place where they can take your blood on their premises (so no chickening out). Most of my work place goes here and everyone has been impressed by all of the Doctor's.
