Appalling service. Totally non-existent customer service
Mislabelled package and still not arrived after 2 weeks. Customer service totally unresponsive. Not one email responded to...
Might be good tea if you receive it.. .but if you don't they will not care at all!!

UPDATE:
After 3 weeks received package (still with no response from Red Leaf) one tea packet had opened and spilled throughout parcel. Contacted Red Leaf again and they finally responded and offered full refund. I accepted. One star added.

Speedy delivery, exceptional customer service and I just love their delicious loose-leaf tea! There's so much variety, and the accessories are super cute and original... I've given them as gifts, and my friends just love them! I've bought teas from Red Leaf Tea for detoxing, healing a sore stomach and to even help me go to sleep, and they've all been just as exceptional as their description. Highly recommend!

Great Product and awesome service! Delivery was quick too. A diverse and great range of teas. Have recommended a few friends to get a sample pack from them to see for themselves.

Avoid the chain stores you can get really good tea online. These guys have a really good range available and delivery is always pretty quick. The usual suspects are all there (English Breakfast, Peppermint, etc) and they're all good but it's the other teas that really shine here, try the Blue Velvet and the Aniseed they are totally worth it.

Wonderful tea, good selection and friendly service. I love their tea and every time I order something they give me samples of other teas to try which is really nice. I will definitely be buying from them again!
