We decided on Red Spot because of the price, which was good as the service wasn't there! On the day that we were due to fly into Perth I called Twice to TRY to confirm the rental, both times receiving a 'leave your number the desk is unattended, message. I left a message, but was not called back.
We arrived at the airport and the desk was - unattended. We headed up to their other service desk, which was attended, but by an airport employee and not a red spot employee. He said he was there to just 'watch' it and didnt know what he was doing....as the red spot employee had to go to the other airport to help out for a while. Being 10.30pm, we were not going to wait the 30 minutes that he suggested she may be...He managed to put the paperwork together and find our keys and 30 minutes later (though still no red spot employee anywhere) and we were finally on our way. The positive was teh price and the car- Both were great.
