I needed to see a dr quick smart & randomly choose this doctors surgery as it was close by & has vacancy.
From the moment I walked in the layout was terrible & hardly any signage for where to go. It was very cluttered & wasn't that inviting as a doctors. We were there on time & waited for ages (it was early too). The service from reception was very average! The dr we seen was quite pleasant on the plus side.

When we left to my discovery, we WERE NOT bulk billed for a child under & charged full price $69.00 with $35.00 back from Medicare. I was disgusted!!! I wish I would of been told this from the initial phone call booking as I hadnt been there before!!
Absolutely terrible if you ask me!!
