I took my sons newly purchased (second hand) pocket rocket motorbike in as we couldn't get it started. I was astonished at the honesty presented to me when I inquired about getting it fixed, you just don't expect someone to be upfront...Sad but true. I immediately warmed to the gentlemen and his smile felt honest. He said that he would have a look and let me know each step as to the cost of the process, a few days later he called us back and said all good only cost $50.00 and it's all working! Needless to say my son is very excited and I was delighted to have such genuine service.
