Anytime I have been to this particular business I have been shocked at the level of service. I have always had to wait for over ten minutes, even though there are no other customers, once whilst they were discussing their footy tipping. The stock is only basic, and the advice minimal. After several attempts I ended up changing to another plumbing supplier, which was a completely different experience, and much cheaper to boot.
