Reef Pools

What a shame. We met the guy from Reef Pools and instantly liked him. He got the job. He built our pool and things looked good. Then equipment started to malfunction. We continuosuly had to get Hurlocn, the equipment manufacturer to attend our place to fix it. Their view is that is has been poorly installed and is causing he equipment to struggle. I had an independant plumber confirm this. He said it was the worst plumbing he had EVER see. I have been asking for a pool light to be fixed for over one year. He will never attend, despite telling me on numerous occasions that he will be there "in the next few days". I could use a lawyer or go to VCAT, but it was quicker and less stressful for me to just buy another light and controller.
