Management tried to purposefully charge me for another girls order plus addef extra meals on that I didn't order then called me a liar cause he is a businessman who cannot do simple math.

In front of a group of people he made it look like I was cheap and wrong because an adult man cant add 4 10s and a few singles. The staff were entirely unhelpful during the entire thing and looking at me like im in the wrong.

To recompense the fact he wasted 20 mins of our time, was incredibly rude and tried to blatantly steal from me. he overed me 60c off the axtuallu price. absolutely shocking sservce. Would not recommend to anyone unless you like being stole from

With a good combination of Fish & Chips, Burgers and Sandwiches (foccacia) this little suburban fish & chip shop does a pretty good job at all of these. They also do breakfast, and their big breakfast is way to big (is that a criticism).

It is possible to find a cheaper place, but you get better quality with the slightly higher price.

Fish N Chips - Since the opening of the "Reel Cafe" my wife and I have eaten there on a weekly basis. The Fish n Chips are the best you will find anywhere (Take it from a Connoisseur) The service is top class and family run.However, we are not just talking about Fish n Chips. Breakfast, Hamburgers etc etc all excellent value cooked in Rice Bran Oil. The premises are more like an operating theatre than a work area with everything spotlessly clean. We cannot think of enough superlatives to describe this business it is just the best. Try them once and we are sure you will be back on a regular basis, we have witnessed the business grow and grow in a very short time.They totally deserve the success that they have enjoyed. On top of all this they are lovely people.with lots of experience in the hospitality area with good business acumenPhil & Wendy Cose..

I travel the globe for work and have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to cafes! What a delight to find the very best in my local suburb. Well done Reel Cafe team!

I am a Bracken Ridge resident, however, have been comfortable for years knowing that the best food was definitely not in Bracken Ridge.

Whilst going to Coles, saw this new cafe at Bracken Ridge Plaza, and was shocked to see a queue. This definitely needed checking out.

Much to my surprise, the food was mouth-watering, contrary to your review Sammilicious91. I can tell you my personal recommendation is the Seafood Basket. The chips were so crunchy and perfectly seasoned, without that fatty taste that other Bracken Ridge Seafood shops give you.

Guys, i'm gonna tell you the calamari is amazing. It has a light garlic taste to it and is divine. And unlike most seafood baskets, you actually to eat the rest and is free of any dirty old seafood sticks.

Let me tell you, decent food has hit Bracken Ridge and guys, enjoy the secret before it's out. Reel Cafe is Reel Good !

We tried this Fish & Chips shop as our regular was closed. The chips were not the best, no crunch factor whats-so-ever. The Calamari would of tasted nice if it had not been cooked in same oil as the fish. That made the calamari smell (well, like fish), and it put me off eating it. I had one bite and put the rest in the bin. The small dim sims & chiko rolls were as nice as anywhere else, if I had to go back to this shop, that's all I would order.
