Very disappointed with Newcastle (Regal) Mazda's service on our Mazda 3. Just two examples. First, they cannot measure tread depth properly. Second, they cannot test batteries properly, reporting our battery as "bad & replace", whilst another business tested good. Same battery is still going strong circa 8 months & 12,000km later. Ended up walking away from their remaining 18 months extended warranty to service elsewhere.

I have a few areas for concern when i purchased my new car there was a mark on the hood lining which i pointed out to the sales staff and they assured me that they would take care of it on the first service They lied I also inquired about service costs and the estimates i recieved were about 60% of what they charged me for servicing they are almost twice the price of annother dealer in the area for trhe same services onthe same car The car is under an extended warrenty plan and thew services are linked to this dealer but i am considering the value of this warranty and i am leaning towards the warrenty not being worth the cost involved in being robbed by this dealer I am very dissappointed with the whole thing and have since purchased a new car elsewere not a replacement for the car from here

They serviced my car, very poor service had more problems then when i started with the car, i call numours times for them to fix the car however had to wait weeks for them to take another look at it then when they did said it was like it before. Was veery unhappy with this business and will not take my car their again
