Very disappointed with Newcastle (Regal) Mazda's service on our Mazda 3. Just two examples. First, they cannot measure tread depth properly. Second, they cannot test batteries properly, reporting our battery as "bad & replace", whilst another business tested good. Same battery is still going strong circa 8 months & 12,000km later. Ended up walking away from their remaining 18 months extended warranty to service elsewhere.
