Overall quality of workmanship was good however be very careful of any verbal agreements made with the management in relation to additional charges. In short, be sure that the quote you receive is fully itemised before you sign anything. Additional extras (labour costs) added up to a substantial amount more than was ever discussed. Management refused to discuss the issue of overpriced labour costs with us and would not return calls.
