I really like giving good reviews. Honest and fair. I bought a wheelchair for my mum at this place. The only reason was the price. It was at least a thousand dollars cheaper because they are the direct importers of this particular chair. If it had not been for that, I would have gone elsewhere. WHY?? We had our first visit early afternoon later in the week. Our next was same time after the weekend. Talk about the tortoise and the hare. I was to gather that they do not consider themselves a shop front yet all their goods are displayed as if they are but there is no staff manning the floor. They have to be called and what an episode that is. The lovely young lady at the front desk tells you to go in and then tell her when you are ready to speak to someone. The she calls them and if you are lucky you get someone in 15 minutes. These purchases demand some high degree of attentiveness and knowledge but we got two persons who did not know the product they were selling and then a young man came out with something that we wanted after having unpacked and put it together in the back rooms. While we were waiting with him he answered phone calls to others and did not know the answers to the questions we asked without checking price lists. Service is about consideration of your customers needs especially time and this place seems to think people have time to throw away. After paying for the item I was given no set understanding of when the item might come on a particular day. One of two days was offered. One got the feeling that this place does not exist for the walk in customer but for rehab facilities that ring up and order on the phone eg; vets affairs. PLEASE more staff more product knowledge at hand and some manners to consider peoples time constraints. No electric mobility stock here, just the manual types of things in abundance.
