DO NOT USE!!!!
I have moved numerous times in the last few years and I have never dealt with a bigger bunch of unprofessional people.
Firstly they booked the wrong day. Even tho I have email proof of the day I requested, they rang me two days prior to say they’d arrive in half an hour.. I had to then ring them back later to confirm they changed the day. They were unapologetic of the mistake.. then when they arrived it was two of the SLOWEST people I’ve ever seen move. I was paying by the hour and they were taking smoke breaks!! They couldn’t get my couch out of my apartment and kept arguing that it’s impossible.. even tho it got in there so it’s defiantly possible.
They scratched every single timber I own (tables, tv cabinet, buffet etc) and they packed the truck so poorly that they run out of room and had to leave half my stuff behind.
I had LESS stuff than what I did when I moved in 6 months earlier coz I sold my fridge and they left the couch. So got me boggled on how they couldn’t fit a one bedroom apartment into one trick without a fridge, dining table, couch or anything from my wardrobe!!!
I spoke to the boss Gary on the phone and he was incrediably argumentative about the whole situation. I now need to pay a REAL removalist to come back and get the stuff they were too hopeless to get! DO NOT HIRE THESE MUPPETS

Emma was excellent with communications. Every thing was set out in detail in the booking confirmation which set the expectations for the move. The boys Brenton and Chris were courteous and helpful on the day of the move. Would strongly recommend

THE BOYS JAKE AND NIWA WERE VERY GOOD. I AM IN MY 50'S AND JUST COMING OUT OF A FRACTURED ANKLE, AND COULD NOT DO MUCH PACKING. BOYS WERE ABSOLUTELY COURTEOUS AND FANTASTIC.

WARNING - Queensland residents do not use this removalist. Highly unprofessional, extremely rude management. Quoted 4 hours + travel for an easy access, one level 3 bedroom villa removal with boxes all lined up together at entry, however took nearly 6 hours to pack alone! Ended up costing double amount of quote, extremely slow packers. When complaint raised with management, refused to continue unpacking until full monies were paid. DO NOT USE!

Had a move booked over the weekend and the boys turned up on time and did a good job. I would like to thank the boys or doing a good job at a fast pace.
