My hot water service died after 39 years. (Yes we had a good run). Called them at 9.15. They said they would be there within 2 hours. Came in under that. Looked at the hot water service, gave me my options, and a quote on the spot, and had installed the new one outside instead of being inside and were gone with the old tank by 0ne pm. I was delighted! Polite and sensible.
