I needed urgent roof repairs and they assured they were specialist. All they did was some cosmetic cementing over the existing crumbling pointing and missed all the broken tiles that were causing the problem. After paying thousands of dollars, half up front, their handy work had to be ripped out and redone by professionals. Is there any way we can all get a refund?

The most aggressive person I have ever dealt with. Who yells at you and leans right into your face, swears and tell you that you waste their f###### time. All I wanted was a quote, instead I got abuse. I think A Current Affair or Today Tonight should investigate this.

Forced me into paying cash for a two minute job that didn't work. Roof still leaked afterwards.

BEWARE! They are very prompt and fast talking, but their handy work is a disgrace. Prices are over inflated ($600 for an hour and some silicone and screws). They soon vanished when they failed to fix the original problem and only made it worse. Unreliable!!! Steer well clear of this company!!!

I do not recommend this company. Charged me for nearly $200 for a fifteen minute visit where they made their off sider do a little bit of work and then gave an off the top quote for the job to be done which was ten times more than was really needed. They are rude and it was very intimidating - especially when I was told I had to pay up front.

Showed up hours later than they said they would be, was rude from the start. They complained to me that it took them 2 hours to get here (like it was my fault) despite the location being inner city Melbourne. Drove off when they couldn't find a park directly out the front of the property, leaving me to call an actual 'reliable' plumber. Strongly recommend against this 'business'.

Got a quote from this company. It was double that of three other firms. Plumber was agrresive and patronising. Looks like they are pricing on how much they think you can afford to pay rather than how much the job will actually cost to do.

Got a quote from this company that was double the price of any other plumbing firm. Was rude and aggressive.As a tradie myself I will not be recommending this company to anyone. In fact I will do the opposite.

Russell was incredibly prompt! He called me 30 mins after my email. Arranged an inspection for the next day; then arrived 10 mins after he said he would be in the area - hardly late. They were up an on the roof in a minute. Very impressed with their responsiveness.
