Remax Integrity is the least professional real estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to work with. I rented an apartment with them for 12 months and throughout, all manner of communication (or lack thereof) had not addressed any of my problems. I know them to be a poor agent on the lessors behalf as my landlord changed agents towards the end of my tenancy.

If I had a question and called the agency, a receptionist would take the message and the property manager either never got the message or couldn't be bothered to respond. This happened at least 3 times. Lights blown, toilet seats loose, exhaust broken, hot water system broken. Nothing was addressed let alone fixed.

They asked for a 5% rent increase without or any form of communication except a new contract. No phone call. No email. Nothing.

When I told them I would be leaving at the end of my contract, they arranged inspections within 24 hrs notice without informing me. Again. No phone call. No email. No entry notice. Nothing. This is in fact, illegal.

In summary, the lack of professional or even common courtesy makes this the worst agency as a whole (because I'm certain it's not just ONE person's failure) to rent from. I certainly would not be buying from them either in the future.
