My family's been going to Dr Gary for years and even though I've left home, everything about this dentist is so welcoming I keep going back. Everyone here's very friendly and very focussed on making your visit as comfortable as possible. I also saw Dr Fred recently for an emergency appointment, who also took care of my problem and was lovely and had a comforting demeanor. I rate this highly when looking for a dentist!
The fees are also always more than reasonable especially with my BUPA card with no hiked up fees for my emergency appointment on a sunday no less!

Remax Integrity is the least professional real estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to work with. I rented an apartment with them for 12 months and throughout, all manner of communication (or lack thereof) had not addressed any of my problems. I know them to be a poor agent on the lessors behalf as my landlord changed agents towards the end of my tenancy.

If I had a question and called the agency, a receptionist would take the message and the property manager either never got the message or couldn't be bothered to respond. This happened at least 3 times. Lights blown, toilet seats loose, exhaust broken, hot water system broken. Nothing was addressed let alone fixed.

They asked for a 5% rent increase without or any form of communication except a new contract. No phone call. No email. Nothing.

When I told them I would be leaving at the end of my contract, they arranged inspections within 24 hrs notice without informing me. Again. No phone call. No email. No entry notice. Nothing. This is in fact, illegal.

In summary, the lack of professional or even common courtesy makes this the worst agency as a whole (because I'm certain it's not just ONE person's failure) to rent from. I certainly would not be buying from them either in the future.

I love malaya corner! Food has always been good, portions are large and their new(ish) drinks menu is fantastic! Our go to eat out restaurant in Sunnybank. An oldie but a goodie

Global burgers is something that used to be on George St, Brisbane & Townsville. I think 5 years ago (?) they went under and the burger deliciousness disappeared from my life. Imagine my surprise and elation when I found the cooparoo store! Now, it's better than ever. Burgers still have the same great taste. Fries now come in range of different selections & the rosemary salt is so yummy! They have 25c wings on Fridays (just average fried wings, nothing special) but they have games you can play while you eat! Definitely a fun night out and a lot less of a line than Carolina's Kitchen down the road

I have seen Dr Griffin & Dr Canning here, both of whom are very professional. Dr Griffin had a lot more patience in explaining everything. Dr Canning although nice, didn't seem to want to listen to my symptoms (even though I may be a bit of a hypochondriac) as well as Dr Griffin. Reception staff is definitely very friendly. Prices have gone up though

I've recently gotten a little puppy and this is my closest vet. I haven't been to any others to compare but they seem extremely professional! Every time I go in the vet either Anita or Liska is very kind, gentle and took great care of my little boy! The only downside is they don't ask if you'd like to stay with the same vet (which I would like to) and every time you go in they charge for an "annual checkup" ~$60. So my boy had 3 checkups in the span of 2 months because I took him in for his regular vaccinations...
