Knows her stuff but no pressure in type of cut or products to buy.

After consulting with them, I was denied olaplaex, being told my hair didn't need it, and as a result, 1/3 of my hair fell out and a 1/3 had to be chopped off. I handled it well, I never blamed them or got angry, I even reassured them that I understood these things happen and it was unfortunate... they agreed to refund me my money the next day and offered to give me weekly treatments for a month. I was happy with this resolution. The next week I contacted them as my hair was continuing to fall out in clumps and I just needed advice/reassurance. They became incredibly defensive and accused me of attacking them. They then told me it was my own fault it had happened (even though they told me my hair was in great condition in my consult and I took excellent care of it). Needless to say, I am incredibly hurt by the way I've been treated. Super disappointed. And furthermore, my hair looks terrible.

Andrea and the team at Reniu are so wonderful! I had been going to the same hairdresser for nearly ten years and switched after the recommendation a friend. Andrea is so lovely, does such a great job and is significantly cheaper than my last hairdresser. I'm so glad I made the change to her salon :)

I am extremely happy with my visit to this salon. All of the staff there were both friendly and professional. The ladies I had ( Hannah for colour and Andrea for cut and style) went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and communicated with me what I wanted done with my hair throughout the entire process. The result was amazing and the cost was so much LESS than what I am used to paying for a decent hair colour,cut and straighten. I will definitely be going back :).
