Have had nothing but trouble with the product purchased from this company. Security screen door. Contacted them two weeks ago to advise of a further problem (the door has been back to the company twice since the install in 2007; this time it is the snib action on lock; no longer works). No response. Its likes once you have paid, who cares. Would NOT recommend this company due to poor quality of workmanship AND poor after sales service.
