Have had nothing but trouble with the product purchased from this company. Security screen door. Contacted them two weeks ago to advise of a further problem (the door has been back to the company twice since the install in 2007; this time it is the snib action on lock; no longer works). No response. Its likes once you have paid, who cares. Would NOT recommend this company due to poor quality of workmanship AND poor after sales service.

Bought a Byron suite 18 months ago. The couch has started to split. When we complained, we were told "you bought entry level leather" $2700 should last longer than 18 months. Now to get it repaired, have been told we have to go 50/50. Off to VCAT I think!!
