I would advise anyone to avoid completely. Out experience has been a nightmare. They can’t read or follow a plan, get cranky when you insist they rectify their mistakes. Their build quality was so bad we got a snap certifier inspection when they demanded lock up money. They found the roof sheeting on backwards, roof battens not secure. Cyclone rods not tightened, the subfloor was not finished, there were no flashings or tie downs around the windows and doors and the cladding had been completely nailed on incorrectly. And they are in no hurry to fix it. We’ve had water through the house and build 7 times, our skylights were water features at one stage; they broke the hot water system ( still not fixed) twice I’ve come home to find pipes broken and leaking on the stumps. Messy and inconsiderate of your house - gardens destroyed, Uber eats strewn all over and at one stage they pinched our ladder. Installed the wrong windows but won’t rectify even when I show them the email where we had agreed on those windows. Variations come in after the work or get changed depending on how mature [Removed name] is feeling. Just not a thing good I can say about them except their marketing.
