Three great points of difference:
A) No marketing fees for photography or listing on domain and re.com - unlike agents who charge $500
B) Very proactive and were very quick to deliver potential tenants (the very next day and high caliber not casual workers)
C) Highly customer-centric customer model, nothing to lose - I had three good leads in first day

I’ve recently transferred over my portfolio to rent360 and they have been an absolute breath of fresh air. My previous PM provided me with poor service, with communication being the main factor to my departure. My previous PM made the transfer a very difficult task for rent360 but they handled the situation professionally and in a swiftly manner. They’re very responsive and I can already see a great relationship building between us. Thank you Brett, Tania and Trudy, if only I could’ve give you guys 10 stars haha
