I recently had the pleasure of working with the Rent360 team from Brisbane comprising Brett, Donna and Tai. They had a tenant's market, pre-settlement obstacles and post-settlement remedial works to contend with. In the face of this they did an amazing job and had great tenants signed and moved in within 10 days of settlement at fair market rates. Under the circumstances I'm terribly satisfied with the work of the team and look forward to their ongoing management of the property.
