Calling the office, I had great service and advice from the manager, Brett. He arranged for a contractor to come out immediately as it was an emergency. Sure enough I was greeted at the door by a lovely personality, Rachel, who showed great expertise and efficiency in diagnosing the problem. She did as promised and ordered the necessary parts, after replacing the motor within 1 hour of her visit! The machine was in dire need of a new circuit board, so she immediately ordered it, and returned 3 days later day to install it. All was organized and promised within my timetable, and all items were replaced as promised, at the exact price that was first quoted! Fantastic service, great people, honest and excellent advice. Highly recommended.
