I had Tim come over to fumigate a 2-storey 30sqm house with pool and garage. He was punctual on first appointment but had to cancel because of rain. He came promptly for the 2nd appointment and did a great job around the house and the pool area. He even sprayed the storage area in the garage ceiling. There was no mess spraying in the roof but we didn't get him to spray the house internally. He's obliging with our 'shoes off' request. His price is also very reasonable when compared to another quote. The whole job was done in 1.5hrs

Poor after sales service.
Two months after the pest spray, I saw a cockroach in the laundry and called Tim to come over since his service has a 6-month warranty.
He kept delaying the visit and never showed up. It's now past 6-months - warranty expired.
