When was your business founded?

Replacify officially launched in January 2023. The idea began in 2018, when our founders recognised an opportunity to make everyday electrical services easier to access. We developed a convenient online booking platform alongside tailored quoting for custom electrical work.

What guarantees or warranties do you offer, if any?

Our services and supplied products come with applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Products may also carry manufacturer warranties, with coverage depending on the product. Please contact us to confirm the warranty details relevant to your booking.

What certifications, qualifications or awards has your business received?

Replacify holds ACT Electrical Contractor Licence No. 202344. We have also been named among Canberras best electricians by Region Canberra and Canberra Daily, recognising our place among the regions recommended electrical service providers.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Our routine online services are priced per job, with inclusions clearly outlined. Other electrical work receives a tailored fixed-scope quote. A service fee applies once per booking, and any additional work or costs require your approval before proceeding.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

We enjoy solving practical problems and seeing the difference our work makes to someones home or business. Whether were replacing an appliance, improving lighting or completing a custom project, its rewarding to make electrical work straightforward and help customers achieve the result they want.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

We make booking electrical work straightforward. Customers can browse clearly defined services, view pricing, select options and book a suitable date online. For requirements outside the catalogue, we provide tailored quotes for replacements, upgrades, new installations and custom work. Every job also receives a project managers quality review before sign-off.

What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?

Replacify is fully insured for residential, commercial and industrial electrical work. Insurance details and certificates of currency are available on request.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Availability depends on the job and our schedule. Choose an available date online for catalogue services; quoted work is scheduled after acceptance. For urgent or same-day requests, call 1300 199 899 to check availability. Completion times depend on the scope, site conditions and product availability.
