What guarantees or warranties do you offer, if any?

Content Removal is no-win, no-fee. You only pay for reviews we successfully remove, and only after removal is confirmed. The price for each review is agreed in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises. If a review we have removed is reposted within 30 days, we make additional attempts to remove it at no extra cost. We cannot guarantee that any specific review will come down, because the platform makes the final decision, but you are never charged for a review that stays up.

What is your level of experience in this line of work?

Reputation management is all we do. Reputect focuses exclusively on removing damaging reviews and content, generating genuine new reviews, and monitoring review profiles for Australian businesses. We work across every platform that matters, including Google, Glassdoor, Seek, Indeed, ProductReview, Trustpilot and Facebook, and we handle the full process ourselves, from assessing whether a review breaches platform policy through to resubmission and formal escalation. We work with businesses in trades, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, automotive, legal and professional services.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

We do not charge hourly. Content Removal is a fixed price per review, agreed before we start, on a no-win no-fee basis, so you only pay for successful removals. Review Generation and Review Monitoring are fixed monthly subscriptions charged per business location. There are no hidden costs and no charging by the hour.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Review Generation runs from $99 per month per location for a QR code and direct link at your point of sale, up to $449 per month per location for a full SMS and email review request campaign. Review Monitoring is from $149 per month per location. Content Removal is quoted per review after a free assessment of your profile, on a no-win no-fee basis, and is agreed in writing before any work begins. Multi-review and multi-location engagements are discounted, and we currently have 50% off Content Removal through September.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

Three things. First, our Content Removal is genuinely no-win no-fee with the price fixed before we start, so you are never billed for a review that stays up. Second, we give you an honest assessment: if a review is fair feedback that would be better answered with a good response than a removal attempt, we tell you that rather than take the work. Third, we cover all three levers in one place, removing the damaging reviews, systemising new genuine ones, and monitoring your profile so you know the moment something new lands. Every removal is built as an evidenced case citing the specific platform policy breached, not a generic flag and a hope.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

We begin work on removals within 24 hours of receiving your signed agreement. We do not offer same-day removal, and we would be wary of anyone who claims to. Platforms almost always reject a first submission, so a successful removal usually takes several rounds of resubmission and formal escalation over a number of weeks, and the exact timeframe depends on the platform and the strength of the case. Review Monitoring can be set up within 24 hours and then alerts you in real time. Review Generation campaigns can be live within 24 hours of connecting your customer list or supplying your point-of-sale materials.

Do you have any special offers? Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?

Yes. We are currently running 50% off Content Removal through September. Pricing also comes down with volume: the more reviews we are engaged to work on, and the more locations covered by a Review Generation or Review Monitoring subscription, the lower the per-review and per-location rate.
