Their service is great. Just had a very good experience from the moment I walked into their office and got offered a fresh coffee till I picked up my system next morning. Lukas, one of the customer service reps spent almost 40 min explaining how to work the system. Then a follow up email from Nikolay checking if everything was ok and I was happy - I AM THRILLED!!!

They are happy to visit you at home or drop into their workshop at Claremont. My mac was running slow but they fixed it to make it run faster by removing viruses, malware and unused programs.
