I have been a member at Resolution Fitness for approximately 4 years in total. I have found the staff to be approachable, friendly, and helpful. They have an excellent group fitness timetable with variety in classes, and the gym equipment is kept in good condition. The only downside is that it is slightly more expensive than other gyms.

Resolution is great. All staff are very friendly and personal. I love that I am greeted by my name. Facilities are great and I love their classes. My kids go to the creche which they love it. It is always a great experience at Resolution Fitness!

I have been a member of Resolution for nine months after leaving my old gym which was a 24 hour gym. The flexible opening hours, competitive prices and friendly staff beat the all day access of other local gyms. Much prefer to walk in to a clean gym, greeted by name and leave a training session with a motivational farewell on my way out! Thanks Resolution Fitness!

I've been a member of this gym for nearly 10 years and have always found the staff friendly and competent. I like the layout, location and view, as well as the regular sessions with my personal trainer which help sustain my fitness and strength. I leave my grand daughter happily in the well resourced creche twice a week where the care is good and the charge, minimal.

I know this may sound cliche but truly, Resolution Fitness Gym has changed my life. I now feel stronger, more confident and happier because of this gym. This gym is not like all the big impersonal gyms. All staff are fantastic and welcoming.
I had never been to a gym and felt I wasn't fit enough and had no confidence to go. I also had a bad knee and sore back but I just made myself and I haven't looked back.
The classes are such fun and cater to ALL levels of fitness.
For those thinking about joining the gym but just can't get motivated, just turn up here, sign on the dotted line, and started having a better life. (and don't think you can't do it because this hurts or that hurts, just do it!)

An amazing Health and Fitness Club for the Hills Shire. The facilities are clean and tidy and the equipment is up to date and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. There is an excellent range of classes at various times to accommodate everyone. Although I do not have a requirement for childcare, there is an excellent crèche available for minimal charge.

I walked into 4 gyms closer to home before deciding on Resolution. Penni was really welcoming and not pushy at all. I knew very quickly this was the gym I wanted to join.

Best staff and gym environment. PT are really good especially Roger. lots of fitness classes and good deals re PT sessions.

Resolution has a huge variety of programs, equipment and services to suit any person looking to get fit or change their lifestyle for the better. They have child-minding facilities and the staff are kind, friendly and very helpful.
